Is she whinging loudly, telling the world that something doesn’t feel right.
She’s frantic, nothing seems to help her settle it looks like she’s going to try an escape the coop.
Her comb and wattle have recently become bright and glossy.
When you go to pick her up she squats.
If this is the case, then you are probably about to get a surprise, an EGG and don’t eggs-pect her to lay it in your roost box, it was as much a surprise to her as it was to you.
When she goes quiet have a look around the yard I’m sure you’ll find a cute little surprise.
